Maintenance & Contractual Works

DTA Construction contract in Local Industrial premises undertaking all aspects of building works from concrete roads to drainage and building maintenance.

We also contract for Local Housing Authorities where we complete empty and void property works and full refurbishments.

Here you can see the work undertaken at a chemical works where we rebuilt a number of concrete manholes that had collapsed.  

The work shown here was to the Station Master's House at Ribblehead, an old, run down building which was partly collapsing. The house was completely converted and refurbished to the highest level, complete with retaining walls and extensions, and rebuilt to its original look.
