DTA Construction have managed and completed a wide range of domestic renovation works throughout the North West.
Here you can see a single storey wrap-around extension undertaken at a semi-detached house in Crosby.
Firstly all groundworks and slab were completed with the brickwork to the extension. The rear and gable ends of the house were then secured by propping them up whilst the lower ground floor brickwork was taken down. Before building the roof, fire protected steelwork was put into place for extra support and once completed, all works were signed off by the Local Authority building control.
Our client is delighted with their huge open plan kitchen/dining area which gives them plenty of extra space and light.
These pictures show the complete refurbishment of a kitchen and new utility space in Widnes. The kitchen walls were knocked through into the garage area which was then converted into a separate utility room which allows much more kitchen space.
Part of the outer brickwork was removed and one large window was put in place of the original two small windows in the kitchen. Two Velux skylight windows were also added to let extra light into the kitchen and dining room.
